Pricing & Ordering
Included in your registration is the full use of a computerized user friendly order entry system. Prior to the show, your price sheets will be loaded onto a laptop that will be located in your booth. There will be mandatory training on order entry.
Your pre-booking programs and current price sheets must be sent in excel format to Holly Taylor by July 1, 2018.
Ship to Hummert’s Earth City warehouse between August 13, 2018 and August 17, 2018. Please let Holly Taylor know before August 11 how many boxes or pallets you are sending.

Hummert will unload in the order shipments were received (1st in, 1st out). We strive to get all materials delivered to the Convention Center and to your booth on August 22nd by 10 am. After show close, Hummert will bring packaged booth material back to our Earth City warehouse. A shipping form will be included in the vendor packet at registration and collected at the end of the show.
For RUSH shipping needs prior to and after the show, it is recommended to make arrangements directly with the convention center to ensure timely delivery.
